Stop State raids on benefits like Unemployment Insurance and Disability funds. ALL NJ workers - public and private, government and building trades, large and small business alike - pay for these benefits through payroll deduction every paycheck. Vote YES on November 2nd to protect these funds by dedicating them solely to their intended purpose.

We are urging all members and their families and friends to VOTE YES on BALLOT QUESTION #1 this November 2nd, Election Day.
Ballot Question #1 ensures that all the employee benefit programs we pay for, such as unemployment insurance, workers compensation, and paid family leave, are there when we need them and are not raided by the State.
State raids are causing our unemployment benefit funds to run dry and threaten other employee-paid benefit funds. We need to stop Trenton politicians from raiding our benefit funds and using those monies for other purposes.
VOTING YES on BALLOT QUESTION #1 would constitutionally prohibit state raids on our benefit funds and force fiscal responsibility on Trenton.
