Judiciary Managers Can Join CWA 1036 PDF Print E-mail

Attention Judiciary Managers!

Judiciary Managers can now form a union

As you know, Judiciary Managers are legally allowed to form a union, due to new legislation signed in January 2010. CWA Local 1036, representing 1,500 Judiciary employees, is actively engaged in organizing managers to improve their ability to negotiate fair and predictable salary increases, better job protection, and other benefits.

In today's economic and political climate, NOT having the benefit of a Union to advocate for you puts you at a competitive disadvantage.

We are constantly organizing new workplaces, negotiating first contracts, and enforcing exisiting contracts around New Jersey and Delaware. We represent blue collar, white collar, and supervisory employees so their voice at work speaks loud and clear at the bargaining table.

Organize Your Workplace PDF Print E-mail
Are you underpaid? Lack good benefits? Afraid for job security? Then stand together with your co-workers and join a union that wins at the bargaining table.

Thousands of workers each year help organize strong unions at their job site. Unions win when workers confront their fears and stand together for their legal right to organize.

Whether you work for a municipality, the state, or a private company, Local 1034’s Organizing Department wants to help.

We will meet with you and discuss your legal right to organize a union. We'll explain how to defend against the employer's anti-union campaign, and assist you and your co-workers in building support for the union.

Call our Organizing Department at (609) 530-0060 or email us at organizing@cwa1036.org to set up a confidential meeting.
