Today, April 19th, 2024, the PNCR unit of Judiciary ratified a new contract, with over 96.63% of membership voting yes and 3.37% voting no. The contract will take effect on July 1st, 2024 and run through June 30th, 2028.
Ratification brings with it several major, hard-fought victories for PNCR workers, including:
- Across-the-Board raises for ALL members, in all four years of the Contract.
- The First Increase to Progression in more than a Decade
- New Maximum 3
- New $200,000 fund for student loan debt assistance over the life of the contract
- Stipends for BICAT Certified Workers in Bilingual Titles
- Improved Due Process Rights in Disciplinary Matters
- Recognition of the Remote Work Program
